We referred to Bayfront by our well regarded piano tuner. My wife’s experience from setting up the appointment and scheduling in a tight moving window on short notice was pleasant and flawless. I must apologize I was under orders NOT to take pictures as my wife did not even want to be watching as her baby (claw & ball mahogany 2004 baby grand Pramberger I bought for her birthday - not saying which one :-) ) was being extracted from one home and delivered to the next about 2 miles away. (I had to take one just now as we are still un-packing and my wife is asleep (snicker) )

She was a wreck the whole time. I suspect the way I felt when my 7 ton sailboat was in the crane straps 30 feet in the air being splashed in the water each season - but I digress)

Anthony and his crew skillfully and delicately/surgically maneuvered the 600+ pound instrument and transported it to our home. From tools, fixtures, transports/carts, handling mechanisms, trailer/hitch, vehicles - you can tell this is a well “tuned” mission with military precision, safety, and care.

It was also the hottest day so far in 2022 with temps in the 90s and a heat index over 100.

What a truly exceptional and wonderful experience. Great service, wonderful people and personality, and I can save you the many calls we made to “hope” we would find the right folks!!!
